2. Hosting & Server Logs
When you access this website, server log data is processed for technical reasons (e.g., IP address, date/time of the request, requested file/URL, referrer, browser and operating system). Processing is necessary to ensure stability and security of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
Storage period: Log data is stored only briefly and then deleted, unless a security-related evaluation is required.
3. Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, e‑mail address, message) solely for the purpose of handling your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and, where necessary, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to incoming requests).
Storage period: Requests are deleted after final processing, at the latest after 6 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Newsletter (Waitlist)
You can leave your e‑mail address (and optionally your name) to be informed about updates. Distribution will start only after a newsletter service provider has been technically integrated (double opt‑in). Until then, the data is stored securely and not shared with third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Storage period: Until withdrawal or until the newsletter service starts; thereafter as set out in the provider‑specific information.
5. Recipients & Processors
We may use service providers (e.g., hosting, e‑mail) to provide the website and communicate with you. Where legally required, data processing agreements are concluded with such processors.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We currently do not use tracking or marketing cookies. A cookie banner is therefore not required. Should analytics or marketing services be activated in the future, we will inform you here and, where required, obtain your consent.
